SOLUTION: A mapping function parameter change part 20103 rewrites parameter information described in mapping function parameter information 20114 based on a parameter set ID and a manipulated variable sent from a GUI parts input control part 20102. Further, a GUI parts display generation part 20106 receives a request from a display control part 20020, and generates a present GUI parts external size referring to external size information of a GUI parts described in GUI parts information 20113. Further, a data attribute→display attribute conversion part 20105 receives the request from an application program 20000, and converts the attribute to be converted to the display attribute referring to the mapping function parameter information 20114.
