PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastner which enables fastening by a simple method and does not cause thrust play and a linear actuator using this fastener and a condensing follow type power generation device using this linear actuator. SOLUTION: This fastener is provided with a pipe 50 having claws 80, 81 formed by the bending to the inside of a tongue shape part extending to the axial direction formed by notches 82, 83 provided on the periphery of a cylinder and a nut 40 having a groove 71 provided on the surface of the part inserted in this pipe 50 and a projection 70 for restricting the length inserted in this pipe 50. By inserting this nut 40 into the pipe 50 until the projection 70 of this nut 40 is contacted to the end of the pipe 50, the claws 80, 81 of the pipe 50 are inserted in the groove 71 of the nut 40 and then the nut 40 is fastened to the pipe 50.
