<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a device through control under the appropriate heating value corresponding to environment by controlling the heating value of a heating means according to environment. SOLUTION: The moisture content is measured by a paper sensor 7 (#3-#4). According to the information, a CPU computes timing of applied wattage, and according to the passing timing in the position of a carrier roller 2 (#5-#6), timing of applied wattage is reflected on the heating value of a carrier roller heater 20 (#7-#8). Since the moisture quantity is large at the front and rear parts, it is so controlled to apply maximum wattage when entering and going out. Paper reaches the carrier roller 2 (#5). Timing can be easily computed from the distance between a feed roller 1 and a carrier roller 2, the arrival time up to the feed roller 1 and carrier roller 2 and the rotation start timing of the feed roller 1 (#1). When a register roller 3 is turned on, a heater 30 is turned on, and when the register roller 3 is stopped, the heater 30 is turned off (#9, #10).</p> |
