The invention relates to a precast block for constructions, a modular element made of a material of optimized geometry, a process for manufacturing the modular element, to a construction and a process for carrying out the construction by assembling the said modular elements. According to the invention, the precast block has an exterior face (7) provided with some depression areas (27) and some protuberances (14) configured so as to make the block wall thickness uniform, as well as some areas for fixing the lining elements, consisting of some ribs (15) located on the protuberances (14),to obtain a higher thickness of the precast block wall. |
