<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable escape from a non-dependent node by identifying that a present station falls into a state of despondent synchronism with a ring path, which is different from a ring path applied as the reference of dependent synchronism, as a reference, and letting a synchronizing control means take priority over such a state. SOLUTION: Together with dependent system information and state information, a synchronizing control means 13 obtains dependent systems information showing the ring path, to which the present station is to be dependently synchronized, between ring paths 10-R and 10-L while taking priority over the state information based on the discriminated results of reception means if-R and 11-L. Further, the synchronizing control means 13 selects a synchronizing signal corresponding to the ring path between two synchronizing signals generated by these reception means 11-R and 11-L. State information generating means 14-R and 14-L compare the dependent system information respectively separated by the reception means 11-R and 11-L with the dependent system information obtained by the synchronizing control means 13 and generate the state information showing whether both the information are equal or not.</p> |
