PHOTOIMAGE FORMING COMPOSITION HAVING IMPROVED FLEXIBILITY AND PEELABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoimage forming composition having improved flexibility and peelability. SOLUTION: This composition is a negative photoimage forming composition containing (I) a binder polymer having enough acidic functional property to develop the photoimage forming compsn. in an alkali aqueous solution, (II) photopolymerizable substance for the binder polymer, and (III) photoinitiator chemical system. The whole or a part of the photopolymerizable substance contains a (meth)acrylate functional urethane oligomer, and the (meth)acrylate functional groups are separated from urethane bonds by two or more alkylene oxide groups and one or more lactone groups.
