<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it hard to reduce the gas removing efficiency by sticking ion exchange resins to a filter base and allowing the ion exchange resins to have an internal diffusion action of ions, in a gas removing filter for adsorbing gas such as acidic gas and basic gas. SOLUTION: The filter base having vacancies (the hole size is about 3 mm), e.g. an about 20 mm thick polyurethane foamed porous body is impregnated with an adhesive, and cubic strong acidic ion exchange resins 2 having 0.1-1.0 mm particle sizes, are sprinkled on it, fixed, and are dried, then the gas removing filter is obtained. As the filter base, in addition to the foamed porous body, a two-dimensional mesh structure, etc., can be used. Then, since the ion exchange resins 2 can maintain reactable ion exchange group surfaces for a long period, the gas removing filter 3 making it hard to reduce the gas removing efficiency, can be obtained.</p> |
