<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a water quality by detoxifying and removing the nitrogen component being the main cause of eutrophication of the water quality and adsorbing and stabilizing phosphorus component without destroying a natural ecosystem at the area where water quality improvement is supposed to be impossible such as pond, river and lake being wide area. SOLUTION: The water quality purifying device is composed of the vessel in which a coconut fiber and a biodegradable polymer are filled. Moreover, the rate of perforation of the vessel is kept in 30-90% per surface area of the vessel, and the coconut fiber is filled in the vessel in the density of 0.1-0.7 g/cm3 so that a plant can be planted in the vessel.</p> |
