<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tilt or side-roll a long work such as a forming material at a right angle by an unmanned operation without damaging the work during a carrier by disposing a control device rotating a tilting means by synchronizing with speed of a carrier belt based on a long object catch signal from a sensor. SOLUTION: A vertically long forming material A is carried in the lateral direction by a belt conveyor 2 traveling at speed V. When a sensor 20 catches the forming material A, the signal is inputted in a control device 16. Because the forming material A caught by the sensor 20 reaches a position of a forming material receiver 13 after T seconds, a rod of a pneumatic cylinder 14 is elongated and an arm 12 is rotated clockwise when the control device 16 gives a command to a first controller 17 after T seconds and a three-position switching solenoid valve 15 is switched to the right side. After the forming material A is dipped up by a first surface of the forming material receiver 13, the forming material A is side-rolled according to rotation of the arm 12 and a wide width part of the forming material A is rest against a second face plate of the forming material receiver 13.</p> |
