PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the classification of inputted information and to perform information input to an appropriate field in accordance with the classification. SOLUTION: A content deciding part 14 decides the information classification of a character string inputted from an inputting part 11 in the basic of the language analysis results of the character string by a language analyzing part 16. A sentence preparing part 12 makes a field retrieving part 15 retrieve a field coinciding with the information classification decided by the part 14 among all of the fields of a sentence being currently prepared and inputs and sets the inputted character string to a field fitting the information classification of the character string according to on the retrieval results.
