<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rapidly attaching or detaching a sample with a simple configuration in the sample-attaching/detaching device of a sample exchanger, and a fluorescent X-ray analysis device with the device. SOLUTION: A sample-attaching/detaching device is provided with a gripping part 3 that opens and closes for a sample holder 2 where a sample 1 is accommodated for releasing and gripping, an opening/closing mechanism 7 for opening/ closing the gripping part 3 with a cam 4 for opening/closing, a cam follower 5, and a drive source 6 for rotating the cam 4 for opening/closing, and an up/ down mechanism 10 for moving up and down the gripping 3 with a cam 8 for up/down, a cam follower 8, and the drive source 6 for rotating the cam 8 for up/down. Then, the drive source 6 for rotating the cam 4 for opening/ closing and that for rotating the cam 8 for up/down are made common.</p> |
