<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble by sagging of cables by winding and superposing flat cables in a plurality, and arranging winding directional reversal parts of the respective cables at intervals in the circumferential direction in plural places. SOLUTION: In respective flat cables 11A to 11D, the inner ends are fixed to a barrel part 13a of an inner case, the outer ends are fixed to an outer cylinder part 15a of an outer case, the inner end side is wound in one direction round the barrel part 13a, the outer end side is rolled up inside the outer cylinder part 15a so that the winding direction becomes inverse to the inner end side, and winding directional reversal parts 11a to 11d are arranged in an intermediate part. The winding directional reversal parts 11a to 11d are arranged at almost equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Thus, the respective flat cables 11A to 11D are pressed to the barrel part 13a and the outer cylinder part 15a in circumferential directional four places by elastic resiliency of the respective winding directional reversal parts 11a to 11d, so that even if an inner case 13 or an outer case 15 is reciprocatively rotated, sagging is not caused.</p> |
