PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction due to noise and simplify a constitution. SOLUTION: Each output from a battery 1 and an energy accumulating means 22 is imparted to a plurality of starting means 5, 6 via a common second accident detecting means 8 and further via switching elements 16, 17; 19, 20 for starting which are successively conducted by each first accident detecting means 7. The second accident detecting means 8 has a mechanical constitution conducting when an accident occurs, has noise resistance performance improved and is provided by a single one. When a line 14 of the battery 1 is disconnected at a disconnection location 30 when the accident occurs, an output of a first capacitor C 1 is imparted from the second accident detecting means 8 to the starting means 5 via the switching elements for starting 16, 17, subsequently, a switching element 24 for capacitor is conducted and an output from a second capacitor C 2 is imparted from the second accident detecting means 8 to another starting means 6 via the switching elements for starting 19, 20. |
