<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively produce an adsorbent loaded in high concn. SOLUTION: A method for producing an adsorbent includes a process (a) of extracting oil from a crude oil product by a supercritical fluid to obtain the loaded supercritical fluid, a process (b) of expanding the supercritical fluid loaded in the process (a) to heat the same to obtain a liquid phase and a supercritical fluid phase reduced in load quantity, a process (c) of lowering the pressure of the supercritical fluid phase of the process (b) and/or raising the temp. thereof up to an adsorbing condition according to circumstances, a process (d) of introducing the supercritical fluid of the process (b) or (c) into a fixed adsorbing bed to obtain an adsorbent loaded with refined oil and the pure supercritical fluid, a process (e) of refluxing the liquid phase of the process (b) to supply the same to the extractor of the process (a), a process (f) of compressing the pure supercritical fluid of the process (d) up to an extracting condition to stabilize the same and a process (g) of recirculating the pure supercritical fluid to the extractor of the process (a).</p> |
