PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simply constituted, inexpensive microphotographic apparatus capable of photographing with good color reproducibility by installing a photodetecting means which is used for measuring the luminance of a photographed image and also used for detecting the intensity of illuminating light which is transmitted through a color temperature adjusting filter after being emitted from a microscope light source. SOLUTION: A projecting lens 11, an optical path splitting element 12, a shutter 13 for exposing for a camera 14 and a photographing camera 14 are arranged on the optical path of observation lightβmade incident from a microscope 2. The optical path splitting element 12 is prepared for splitting the observation lightβtransmitted through the projecting lens 11 into a light receiving element 15 and a photographing viewer on the camera 14 side. The light receiving element 15 is prepared for measuring the luminance of the observation lightβguided by the optical path splitting element 12. Besides, the light receiving element 15 functions as the photodetecting means used for measuring the luminance of the photographed image and also used for detecting the intensity of the illuminating light transmitted through the color temperature adjusting filter 19 after being emitted from the light source.
