摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade unnecessary alarm generation by giving an alarm when hours wherein the mean output current value of a specific solar battery circuit decreases below a rate set for a solar battery circuit having a maximum mean output current value increase above set hours. SOLUTION: A solar battery current measurement part 17 measures mean output current values I1, I2...In of respective solar battery circuits. A mean output current arithmetic part 18 finds the mean output currents of the respective solar batteries in unit times. On the basis of the largest value among the mean output currents of the respective solar battery circuits in the unit times as a reference value, a mean current rate arithmetic part 19 calculates the rates of the mean output current values of other solar battery circuits to the reference value. A current decrease circuit detection part 20 detects a solar battery circuit whose mean current rate is less than a set value. A successive number count part 21 for current decrease unit times counts the successive current drop unit times of the current decrease circuit and sends out a signal for making an alarm generation device 13 to perform alarming operation when the count value exceeds a set value.</p>
