PURPOSE:To eliminate influence of static electricity by cutting a wiring of a printed circuit which is to become a terminal group at an area near a board cutting line not to cross the cutting line and by shaping an end of a printed circuit to be cut to an approximately round form. CONSTITUTION:An end of a transparent electrode 2 which is formed of a printed circuit led out from an inside of an element toward an edge face in a split board 1 is formed not to cross each other to an inner side of a division line when a board is divided. Furthermore, a print pattern of the transparent electrode 2 is formed to a circle, an ellipse, or approximately a circle such as a round square or triangle of its end corner part. Thereby, influence of static electricity can be removed. |
