<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly perform determination whether a battery is fully charged or not even if control for changing the gas volume of a cooling fan from high to low is performed. SOLUTION: In a step S5, when the voltage of a battery exceeds a set voltage A close to that of the full charged battery, it is the case that the charged state of the battery approaches full charging, and process proceeds to a step S6, to carry out a fan mode changeover prohibiting process so as not to change the gas volume. Since the gas volume is not changed when the battery is in a charged state close to the full charging, determination can accurately be performed without being affected by the change of the gas volume in the determination based on the temperature whether the battery is fully charged or not.</p> |
