SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting of thread on internal surface of coupling swells, application of anticorrosive coating on internal surface of coupling, filling of thread valleys with sealing material, and deformation of coupling till pipe metal flows into coupling thread valleys. Threads are cut at pipe ends for length not exceeding half the length of coupling circular groove. Anticorrosive coating is applied on internal surface of coupling, its width exceeding depth of thread on pipe ends. Method also includes deformation of coupling till part of material of coupling anticorrosive coating flows into thread valleys on pipe ends. Materials based on thermoplastic film formers (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylbutyral, fluoroplastic, polyvinylchloride and their compounds) are used as anticorrosive coating of coupling.
