SUBSTANCE: isotropic electrical- sheet steel contains silicon in the amount of 1.4 to 2.6%, phosphorus, 0.05 to 0.15%; steel is subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling and to final recrystallization annealing. Annealing temperature is determined taking into account content of silicon and phosphorus in steel by the following equation: at change of content of silicon and phosphorus.
