SUBSTANCE: protective screen is made up of transparent glass containing components which absorb harmful irradiation. Amounts of said components in 10 kg of glass are as follows, g: elementary selenium or any selenium compound, 10 calculated for pure selenium; powdery ginseng ground oil cake, 1; elementary calcium or any calcium compound calculated for pure calcium, 3; elementary magnesium or any magnesium compound calculated for pure magnesium 1.5; elementary potassium or any potassium compound calculated for pure potassium, 0.5, in manufacturing glass, use is made of sand prewashed in highly mineralized water with maximum content of manganese and magnesium salts. EFFECT: increased absorption of irradiations of various types which are harmful for biological object.
