PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior heat-insulation cup bringing about no heat transfer of a content even when holding any parts of the trunk part by hand. SOLUTION: This cup is formed of an upward expansion paper cup body 20 having an outwardly curled part 23 at the upper opening periphery and an upward expansion paper-made outer sleeve 30 having an inwardly curled part 32 at the lower opening periphery. An upper end part 26 adjoining the outwardly curled part 23 of the paper cup body 20 is kept to be bent over the entire circumference to further be expanded outward, and then, the outer sleeve 30 is sheathed on the paper cut body 20, and the distal end of an upper part of the outer sleeve 30 is kept placed in contact with or biting in the inside of the outward faced curl part 23 in the paper cup body 20 to thereby be adhered to it by at least either one of an upper end part 34 in the outer sleeve 20 and the inwardly curled part 32 in order to accomplish an integration of both members. Since heat-insulation spaces are formed in its entirety at predetermined distances, resulting in a good heat insulation property being hard to transfer the heat of a content even when holding any parts of the trunk part by hand.
