<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover nitrous oxide included in a waste gas or an off gas by an effective method, and, if possible, to recycle it or enable it to be economically utilized. SOLUTION: This method for recovering and/or cleaning at least a part of nitrous oxide included in a waste gas flow containing the nitrous oxide and at least one other gaseous compound comprises (a) separating at least a part of the nitrous oxide included in the waste gas flow by permeation, and (b) recovering at least a part of the gaseous nitrous oxide separated in the step (a).</p> |
