PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make automatically expandable a picture display frame and performable return expansion of a picture frame without affecting other pictures in a display controller, a display control method and a recording medium recording a display control program. SOLUTION: A screen A constituted of the picture display frame 21, a display condition setting screen 22, a condition result display screen 23 and a scroll bar 24 is on a display terminal 20. The picture display frame is expanded by clicking the scroll bar 24 with an automatic information display amount expanding device 1, and the expansion of the picture frame is returned by clicking out of the screen A, or stopping the operation for a fixed time.
