<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catch basin to prevent the reverse flow of drain flowing in through an inflow connection pipe, even when two inflow connection pipes are interconnected approximate orthogonally. SOLUTION: The pipe axes of two inflow connection pipes 2 and 3 are positioned approximately orthogonal to each other to interconnect the two inflow connection pipes 2 and 3, and the pipe axis of an outflow connection pipe 4 is positioned in the range off the conformation of an angle between the two inflow connection pipes 2 and 3, and the outflow connection pipe 4 is connected to a connection part between the two inflow connection pipes 2 and 3. Sidewalls a1 and b1 on the side, where the two inflow connection pipes 2 and 3 are positioned adjacently to each other, are further lengthened than sidewalls a2 and b2 on the opposite side, and the sidwalls a2 and b2 on the opposite side are connected to the sidewalls c1 and c2 of the outflow connection pipes 4 through smooth slopes d1 and d2, respectively.</p> |
