BROADCAST SYSTEM AND RECEPTION REPRODUCTION TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast system where a reception reproduction terminal can reproduce a moving picture in real time even under a communication infrastructure at a low transmission data rate. SOLUTION: A download device is used to store background data and outline data to the data memory of a reception reproduction terminal in advance (step S1). Then a communication infrastructure of a low transmission data rate such as a pager system is used to sequentially transmit a plurality of part data. The reception reproduction terminal receives the parts data (step S2), reads the background data and the outline data in real time (step S4), sequentially lays out part pictures represented by the part data on the background picture and the contour picture represented by the above data and the entire moving picture is displayed (step S5).
