PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell where its size can be increased and at the same time light can easily enter a lower-stage cell, its manufacturing method, and a lamination-type solar cell. SOLUTION: In a solar cell 2 where a photoelectric conversion part 6 for generating current according to the incidence of light is provided on a semiconductor substrate 4 or one surface of an epitaxial layer that is formed on the semiconductor substrate according to the incidence of light and current can be extracted via two electrodes 26 and 36, a conductive region 30 where current being generated by the photoelectric conversion part 6 can pass is partially formed on one surface of the semiconductor substrate or the epitaxial layer, and one electrode 36 is connected to the conductive region 30.
