PURPOSE: An active slender tube, which has a simple structure and is able to control torsional rotating movement, stretching movement, bending movement and hardness and easily makes small route and also able to load many flexible wires, and a method for preparing thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A active slender tube has a torsional rotating movement mechanical part(B), a stretching movement mechanical part(C) which is made by fixing an actuator made of shape memory alloy on the inside of an elastic transformable outer frame concentrically, or a hardness control mechanical part(D). The method for preparing the active slender tuber comprises steps of: (i) installing an actuator made of shape memory alloy and an elastic transformable outer frame on the same axle; and (ii) fixing the actuator and the outer frame.
