PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device improved in a numerical aperture and having no variations in characteristics of a thin film transistor. SOLUTION: Relating to this display device, a non-conductive substrate 10 has a 1st gate electrode 11, a gate insulating film 12, a semiconductor film 13 provided on the 1st gate electrode 11, and an interlayer insulating film 15 thereon, and this display device has a thin film transistor provided with a 2nd gate electrode 70 connected with the 1st gate electrode 11 above the interlayer insulating film 15 and at least above a channel 13c. A reflective display electrode 19 connected with the source of this thin film transistor is arranged to extend over the thin film transistor. |
