摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a winding transformer that has a small building factor, and at the same time a low iron loss of an actual machine by winding an ultra low iron loss one-directionally grain oriented silicon steel where tension application type ceramic coating is formed on the surface of the one-directionally grain oriented silicon steel plate that has been finished and annealed with a specific plate thickness, and carrying out deformation-elimination annealing within a specific temperature range. SOLUTION: Surface oxide coating of a one-directionally grain oriented silicon steel plate that has been finished and annealed with a thickness of 0.15 mm is eliminated and chemical polishing is made for smoothing to 0.12 mm. Then, on the surface of the silicon steel, an Si3N4 ceramic film with a thickness of approximately 0.8μm is formed by the magnetron sputtering method (A), and a TiN film with a thickness of approximately 0.7μm is formed by the HCD method (B). Iron loss in veneer is set to W13/50:0.15 W/kg (A) and W13/50:0.17 W/kg (B). When a toroidal core is set, and distortion-elimination annealing is made at 500-900 deg.C, the iron loss of an actual machine becomes W13/50:0.15 W/kg (A) and W13/50:0.18 W/kg (B), and a building factor becomes 1.00 (A) and 1.06 (B).</p>
