PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain axial sliding of a lock coil to prevent abnormal sound and vibration by providing a pedal or a bracket with a regulating part for regulating the axial sliding of the lock coil, and forming the regulating part to be integrated with the pedal or the bracket at a designated gap from the side end face of the free end. SOLUTION: A lock coil 40 is wound round a large-diameter part 13b of a lock drum 13 with interference, and the fixed end 40a thereof is fixed to a bracket 11. The free end 40b of the lock coil 40 is located on the pedal casting part 12k side, so that at the time of unlocking, the lock coil 40 is about to slide in the axial direction to the pedal casing part 12k side. Therefore, a regulating part 12j is provided integrally with a pedal 12 in a designated position of the pedal 12 opposite to the side end face 40a of the free end. Thus, the axial sliding of the lock coil 40 is restrained so as to prevent abnormal sound and vibration. Further, the side end face 40a of the free end and the regulating part 12j have a designated gap therebetween, so that the lock coil 40 can be smoothly operated. |
