PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file wherein the width of its spine can be increased stepwise as the amount of stored documents increases and a base portion of a cover is prevented from bulging. SOLUTION: The file 10 is formed in such a manner that a cover 12 is provided on each side of a spine 11 of the file 10, while bags 13 each having an open end are provided in the spine 11. Incisions 16 extending nearly in parallel with the spine 11 are provided in rows in a connecting part between the spine and the covers 12, the opposite ends of each incision terminating slightly inward of the upper and lower ends of the cover 12 respectively. And a crack preventing part 20 is formed on each of the opposite ends of the incision 16. |
