<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable information transmission so as to determine activity instance to send the information of progress or the like for the first time in the case of execution. SOLUTION: When a retrieval condition of activity instance is inputted, a retrieval condition managing means 2 holds the inputted retrieval condition. An activity instance retrieving means 3 retrieves an activity instance matched with the retrieval condition held by the retrieval condition managing means 2 out of the activity instance managed by a work flow managing means 1. A processing executing means 4 performs processing an objective to a case related to the activity instance provided as a result of retrieval due to the activity instance retrieving means 3. Thus, even when any unexpected problem occurs, various kinds of processing such as information transmission on the activity instance, which is not defined beforehand, can be performed.</p> |
