PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooking a pork cutlet having extremely excellent utility, capable of readily and efficiently frying a formerly not existing and very delicious pork cutlet. SOLUTION: This pork cutlet 3 is obtained by warming a meat 1 for a pork cutlet to 63-70 deg.C temperature inside the meat and keeping the temperature for a prescribed time, once cooling the meat 1, and attaching a cover on the meat 1, then frying the meat 1 with an oil 2. |
