摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by securely gripping a tissue and smoothly performing pull-in operation of a loop wire to a sheath, and to reduce a cost by arranging an antislipping part having needles installed toward the inside of a loop by passing between plural wires constituting a stranded wire. SOLUTION: A high frequency snare 1 is provided with a slender inserting part 2 inserted into the body through an endoscope and a hand side operation part 3 connected to the base end part, the inserting part 2 is provided with a slender sheath 4 and an operation wire 5 slidingly inserted in the axial direction into the sheath 4, and a treating loop 6 is connected to a tip part of the operation wire 5. The treating loop 6 is formed in a loop shape by a loop wire of a stranded wire structure, and the treating loop 6 is provided with an antislipping part 10 having plural antislipping needles 9 installed toward the inside of the loop 6 by passing between plural strands constituting a stranded wire of a loop wire 7. The needles 9 are bent in an almost L shape to respectively form a short needle fixing part and a long needle main body part.
