PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the delivery and winding of a wire correspond to the opening of a door, and to stop the door at an arbitrary position during door opening and closing. SOLUTION: In the open-close device for the flat type car door, a drum on which a wire W connected to the door D is wound is installed to a drum shaft through one-way clutch transmitting driving force only in the winding direction, and the wire W is delivered and wound under the state in which the wire is tensed at all times regardless of automatic or manual operation by mounting an urging means urging the drum in the winding direction of the wire W. The rotation of the drum is stopped by connecting the drum to a driving source under a stopped state in the case of open-close interruption by linking the drum shaft and the driving source through a clutch means constituted so as to connect them only during the closing of the door D and only in the case of the opening interruption of the door D, and the door is stopped at the position. |
