PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tablet having sufficient hardness, capable of digesting and useful as an atopic dermatitis improver, etc., by mixing three materials of CGF(chlorela growth factor) powder, propolis powder and Agaricus mushroom powder at a prescribed mixing ration and pelletizing under a specific condition. SOLUTION: This tablet is obtained by mixing three materials of preferably 10.0 wt.% of CGF powder, preferably 10.0 wt.% of propolis powder and preferably 55.0 wt.% of Agaricus mushroom powder at a certain mixing ratio corresponding to respective administrating amounts at one time and adding preferably 20.0 wt.% of xylitol powder as an excipient, then uniforming particle diameter of the resultant mixed powder to a value suitable to pelletizing, thus pelletizing the uniformed mixed powder. Preferably, the tablet is used as an atopic dermatitis improver or a blood sugar value depressor.
