<p>A method for utilizing the nutritional and/or chemical-organic and/or pharmaceutical and/or herbal and/or cosmetic and/or energetic potential of vegetable agricultural products, particularly of forage products such as alfalfa or the like, the method comprising: a step for gathering the plants or a part thereof; a step for the precision shredding of the plants into pieces having a preset length; and a step for separating the shredded plants into at least two fractions: a leaf fraction, mainly constituted by leaves, and/or a stalk fraction, mainly constituted by stalks, and a mixed fraction, constituted by a mixture of leaves and stalks and other parts of the plant; successively, at least one of these components can be subjected to further treatment steps for obtaining food products particularly for zootechnical feeding and/or for human nutrition and/or for extracting substances to be used in the zootechnical field and/or for humans or in other fields and/or for producing heat energy and/or electric energy and/or for producing fuels.</p> |
