<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency and operability by eliminating the time loss of the pointer movement by mouse operation by the screen momentary moving and pointer standby function of the multipointer system. SOLUTION: A pointer currently in operation is placed in standby mode at its position, another pointer is moved to complete operation at another work place, and then the pointer which is operated now is placed in standby mode at its position, thereby moving to another pointer. Thus, arbitrary positions (pointer positions in standby mode) are moved one after another to eliminate unnecessary mouse operation and then the inefficiency of movement is corrected to improve the operation efficiency and operability. The work place to be moved to is (1) another work position in the same page (sheet), (2) some work position in another page (sheet) in the same file, (3) some work position in some page (sheet) in another file in the same application, or (4) some work position in some page (sheet) in some file in a different application and the number of other pointers can optionally be set and is not limited.</p> |
