SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a photon pair source 1 which generates photon pairs of signal photons 6 and idler photons having correlation of the generating time, a photon detector 2 to detect entering of idler photons 5, a clock generator 7, a gate device controlling part 8 to produce signals to open or close a gate device 4 with the repeating times less than a specified number of times in a specified time determined by the clock, and a gate device 4 which opens or closes itself according to the signal from the gate device controlling part 8.</p> |
