The present invention provides a compound having Formula (1) wherein R1 is H, an alkyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms, -Ac, -C(=O)(CH2)nCO2, or an amino acid, wherein n is an integer of 1-4; R2 is -SCN, -NCS. The compounds significantly inhibit tumor cell growth both in vitro and in vivo.
