摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a level of a light quantity of an exposing light in a light emission dot array corresponding to an end-cooling effect due to a filament type cathode and to suppress loss of exposing energy. SOLUTION: This optical print head comprises a light source wherein each of light emitting dot arrays 8, 9 is formed from a plurality of light emitting dots 7 consisting of a fluorescent material layer adhered to an anode provided on an anode substrate and a filament like cathode is provided along an upper portion of the light emitting dot arrays 8, 9. The print head further comprises a memory device containing correction information for uniformly driving each of the light emitting dots 7. The light emitting dots 7 in the vicinity of the end sections of the light emitting dot arrays 8, 9 are excluded from the targets for the light quantity correction and the other light emitting dots 7 are subjected to the light quantity correction, then the correction information is stored in the memory device. The correction information is so constituted that the light quantities of the light emitting dots 7 are distributed in a region in the vicinity of a light emitting dot having a minimum value in the light quantities of all of the light emitting dots 7 stored in the memory device.</p>
