PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve accidents and handling problems of a power feed cable for a gondola body traveling on a rail. SOLUTION: In an elevating/lowering device of a gondola 15 large in power consumption, the energy generated when the gondola 15 is lowered is accumulated in an accumulator 2, the current consumption is reduced by making use of the pressure when the gondola is elevated with the power source formed of a storage battery 43 and the accumulator 2.
