PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body electrostatic charge neutralizing mat such as bed pad, floor cushion, cushion or sheet for decreasing a charging quantity and reducing the symptoms such as fatigue, muscle pains or headache by neutralizing electrostatic charge on a human body during sleeping, rest or relaxing. SOLUTION: In the mat for reducing electrostatic charge by neutralizing the charge on the human body, in an inner layer, an electrostatic neutralizing core material 4 is arranged wherein the core material is obtained by coating the surface of cloth 2 such as woven fabric, knitted fabric or unwoven fabric with carbon fibers in 5 to 50 wt.% with the monofilament fineness of from 0.5 to 3 deniers and the length of from 1 to 12 mm while mixed with binders. Inner cottons 5 and 6 are arranged on both sides or one side of the core material and further, front cloths 7 and 8 are overlapped on an outer layer and kilted. |
