PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling caster and the leveling method of a tray feeder for efficiently operating a leveling work. SOLUTION: In a leveling caster 20B to be used for level adjustment at the time of carrying and installing a device for mounting electronic part, when a base part 42 to which a bracket 40 in which an axial member 44 is rotated so that a rotating wheel 41 can be axially supported is moved up and down against a base member 21, the peripheral rotation of the axial member 44 of the rotating wheel 41 is prevented by a rotation stopping shaft 47. Thus, the deviation of a level due to the change of the position of the rotating wheel 41 can be prevented. Also, one edge part of a tray feeder is set at a leveling part 11a whose relative height position to the tray feeder is preliminarily adjusted, and the other edge side is leveled by a leveling caster 20B so that a leveling work can be simplified. |
