<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually retreat a junction carrier left between points A and B to one of the points A and B in emergency evacuation by simple and easy work. SOLUTION: A handle plate 37 is pushed in against the pressing force of a compression spring to engage a bevel gear. When the handle plate 37 is operated, a worm gear 29 is rotated without a motor 16, a timing belt 15 is driven, and a rotary plate 9 is moved to a point A or B. Thus, the operation portion of an operating means is enlarged irrespective of the capacity of a driving means, and thus even when the operating means is manually operated, a moving mechanism is simply and easily driven.</p> |
