<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for shielding liquid crystal display and a manufacturing method thereof by which the material is saved and the cost is reduced. SOLUTION: All of or one of frame-like panels constituting the shielding frame of the liquid crystal display is set as plural constituting members 10a and 10b, and each end part of respective constituting members to be mutually connected is mechanically coupled and integrated so as to form a frame-like panel, so that the shielding frame for the liquid crystal display panel is obtained. The fitting locking member 11 of each constituting member mutually coupled is constituted of single or plural projected and recessed parts having a furrow part 11c, and the projected part is provided with a boss part 11a. A frame-like panel constituting member is made as two nearly L-shaped members split at a corner part. As a manufacturing method, the frame-like panel constituting member is punched by a press machine, and the fitting locking part is formed at a part to mutually couple each constituting member, and each fitting locking part is fitted and locked with each other, and a fitting locking portion is bent after caulking the fitting locking portion of the fitting locking part in the up- and-down direction.</p> |
