<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the printing speed of the printer fast even when print job data of a printer language different from a printer language currently in process are received by expanding an interpreting program in a memory before image data based upon print job data are all supplied to a printer engine. SOLUTION: A language decision part 23 when receiving print job data judges whether or not the printer language of the data is the same as the printer language of an interpreting program which is already loaded. A language decision part 23 when judging that the printer language is different from the current printer language specifies the printer language of the sent print job data and informs a language load part 24 of it. The language load part 24 when judging that an area can be secured in the memory loads a new interpreting program to the memory through a memory management part 61. Consequently, cases wherein a process is suspended unnecessarily can be evaded.</p> |
