<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optimum distribution timing while effectively utilizing the existent facilities of a building by previously reserving a rental car and distributing the car to a getting-on position through the action going out of the room of the building. SOLUTION: Plural shared vehicles 3 are preserved at the back of a building 1. An apartment control center 5 is provided on the first floor of the building 1 and the exit of an elevator 6 is provided adjacently to the front entrance 2. A security terminal 7 is provided in each house of the building 1 and connected to a control computer 8 of the apartment control center 5. The control computer 8 performs the centralized safety control of each house and communicates with the respective shared vehicles 3 through a control antenna 25 of a public utilization system and the respective shared vehicles 3 are controlled. Thus, when a user, who makes a reservation, goes out, security is operated by pressing the going-out key of the security terminal 7. With this timing as a reference, distribution time is set and the shared vehicle 3 is automatically distributed to the piloti in front of the front entrance.</p> |
