<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having a proper usable time, manifesting the strength by being hardened in several hours at normal temperature, hardly causing shrinkage by hardening, and efflorescence, and capable of forming a hardened product excellent in water resistance by forming the composition out of (a) a baked product of calcium silicate, (b) an alkali silicate, (c) an expanding material and/or gypsum and (d) water. SOLUTION: The component (a) is an active crystal mixture and represented by the formula nCO.SiO2 (n is 1.0-2.5). The particle size can be the one to be used in a powder state, and preferably consists of 100% particles passing 100 mesh-screen. The component (b) is preferably the one represented by the formula nA.SiO20 (A is an alkali metal oxide, ammonium or an amine; n is 1-4) and in a powdery state. The expanding material is a calcium aluminate- based expanding material or the like. Anhydrous gypsum is preferable as the gypsum. Formulating proportions of components (a), (b) and (c) are 100 pts.wt., 20-500 pts.wt. and 0.5-40 pts.wt. respectively, and the amount of the water is >=30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the solid components.</p> |
